How to Request a Refund
Email us at optionsgrandstation@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Include your name and the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
